Chandigarh: Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav chaired a high level meeting with police officials. The meeting was aimed to review the ongoing efforts of Punjab police under Yudh Nashian Virudh. The meeting was held with Spl DGPs, ADGPs and IGPs of Punjab Police.

DGP Yadav said that a high-level meeting was called to review, brainstorm and strengthen Punjab Police’s Yudh Nashian Virudh. He assured that Punjab Police is committed to a zero-tolerance policy against drugs, ensuring a multi-pronged approach to tackle the menace from all angles.

DGP Yadav also added that Punjab Police is working round the clock to ensure a drug-free society. Every officer is committed to safeguarding Punjab’s youth and future. Together, with the support of our citizens, we will eradicate drugs from our state. Punjab Police stands strong in its mission to protect and serve.
