Faridkot: Charges have been framed by Faridkot court against Former Congress MLA Kushaldeep Dhillon alias Kiki Dhillon in disproportionate assets case. Charges have also been framed against his two aides namely, Gursewak Singh and Rajvinder Singh.
Additional district and sessions court Judge Rajiv Kalra has framed charges against Congress leader and former Faridkot MLA Kushaldeep Singh Kikki Dhillon in the disproportionate assets case and has ordered the Vigilance Bureau to produce witnesses. The court has also framed charges against former MLA’s co-accused Gursewak Singh and Rajvinder Singh in this case. The next hearing of the case will be held on December 8.
On May 16, VB had arrested Dhillon for amassing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income. Following an inquiry, VB had booked Dhillon and his two aides, Gursewak and Rajwinder for corruption and conspiracy.
