Amritsar: On 5th May 2024, BSF intelligence wing shared information regarding presence of a drone in a harvested wheat field in border area of district Amritsar.
Responding immediately, an extensive search operation in the suspected area was launched.
During search, at about 04:50 PM on the same day, BSF troops recovered 01 drone in broken condition in a harvested field adjacent to village Ratankhurd in Amritsar District.
The recovered drone has been identified as China-made DJI Mavic 3 Classic.
The reliable input & dutiful BSF troops again successfully recovered a drone sent by Pakistani handlers from across the border.
