Jalandhar: The Punjab Police has scored another major success. After the grenade attack in Amritsar, the accused responsible for the grenade attack on a YouTuber’s house in Jalandhar was injured during an encounter with the police. The police were able to track down the culprit and engage in a confrontation, leading to the criminal being injured. SP Rural Gurmeet Singh visited the spot to inspect the situation. This marks a significant achievement for the police in cracking down on criminal activities in the region.
An encounter took place between the police and a Haryana gangster in Jalandhar, Punjab this morning. The gangster was shot in this. He had carried out a grenade attack at the house of YouTuber Navdeep Singh Sandhu alias Roger Sandhu. After this, Jalandhar Police arrested him from Yamunanagar. The police had taken him for weapon recovery. Here he tried to fire at the police. The police also retaliated. The miscreant got shot in this.

The miscreant Hardik (21) is a resident of Shadipur village in Yamunanagar. He is a henchman of the Lawrence gang.
The encounter took place near Rajaypur Ballan. The influencer’s house is at a short distance from this place, where the crime was committed. Jalandhar Rural Police SSP Gurmeet Singh and other officers reached the crime scene. The police is engaged in recovering the weapons and grenades from the criminal.
Jalandhar Rural Police SSP Gurmeet Singh said that teams arrested Hardik from near Yamuna Nagar late last evening. During the interrogation in Yamuna Nagar, the accused accepted that he had thrown the grenade. This morning when he was brought for recovery of weapons, he started firing at the police as soon as he took the weapon in his hand. When the police retaliated, the accused got injured. The accused has been hit by a bullet on his right leg. Two bullets were fired, in which one bullet was fired by the criminal and the other by the police.
SSP Gurmeet Singh said- He committed this crime on the orders of Shahzad Bhatti sitting in Pakistan. Bhatti is getting these crimes committed in Punjab in connivance with the terrorist group. Two people were involved in this crime. At present, a pistol has been recovered from the accused. There are many other weapons too, which are with the other companion who came with Hardik. Our teams are working to recover them.
He said that Hardik had relations with Zeeshan Akhtar, who killed NCP (Ajit faction) leader Baba Siddiqui in Mumbai. He was given 25 thousand rupees for the crime. His family is a farmer.
YouTuber’s house was attacked on 16 March
On 16 March, at around 4 am, YouTuber Roger Sandhu’s house in Raipur Rasulpur area of Jalandhar was attacked. When the grenade was thrown at his house, the YouTuber was inside. However, there was no loss of life in this attack, because the grenade did not explode. A video of the incident has surfaced, in which two people have come to attack. They pulled the pin and threw the grenade.
