Extent of negligence: A freight train stopping at Suchchi village station reached Tande, brought back after five hours

Another major negligence of the railways has come to light. A month ago a train ran 78 kilometers without a driver and guard, now a freight train (BTPN) carrying 50 tankers of petrol from Karachi yard in Vadodara, Gujarat was supposed to stop at Suchi Pind station, but it reached Tanda Station.

When the negligence was discovered, the train was brought back to Suchi Pind station after five hours.

It had petrol in 47 tankers and diesel in three, which were to be sent to Adampur Airport. According to the information, the guard and driver of Ambala division reached the Ludhiana headquarters and handed over the charge.

However, their receiving guard was Bhawani Singh and driver Vijay Pratap.

The train reached Tanda instead of halting at Suchi Pind station. Where it came to know that the train was supposed to stop at Suchi Pind station and it has come forward.

After which the electrical engine was separated and started for return and at 10.40 in the morning. Till now all the railway officials are keeping silent regarding this matter and no one is ready to speak on this incident.

Because the guards and drivers as well as all those involved in this process are blaming each other. It is being told that an inquiry committee has been formed regarding this.

Only after investigation will it be clear who is negligent. There is negligence from the guard and the driver. If the guard and the driver had seen the receiving, then the wrong message could have been cleared verbally.
