Former Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi reached Ayodhya Dham and paid obeisance here at Ram Mandir. Channi along with his family bowed down in the Ram temple and took blessings. Channi shared pictures from his visit on his social media handle.
Sharing pictures from his visit, he said “Paying obeisance at Sri Ram Mandir in Aayodhya Dham.” He visited Ayodhya along with his wife Kamaljit Kaur.
The former chief minister while interacting with reporters did not talk about elections. Rather he said that Lord Sri Ram has a special place in his heart and he is in Ayodhya to take the blessings.
Other than former CM Channi, BJP Candidate from Patiala Lok Sabha seat also visited Ram Mandir same day. She also bowed and took blessings of Ram Lalla. Apart from Ram Mandir, Preneet Kaur also visited Gurdwara Sri Nazarbagh Sahib, where Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji and the tenth Guru Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji stayed during their journey to Ayodhya.
While sharing pictures from Ayodhya visit, she said, “Today I was blessed to bow down at the holy Shri Ram temple located in Ayodhya. Blessed to have gotten the opportunity to pay my obeisance at Sri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.”
