Ludhiana: A Mercedes and a Brezza car collided head-on near Cheema Chowk in Ludhiana at around 10.45 pm. The airbags of the Mercedes car opened up in the accident as soon as the car collided. The front windshield and bonnet were shattered. One of the two youths sitting in the car suffered a head injury. The Brezza car rolled over three times on the road after the collision. The Brezza car driver suffered a leg injury. The names of the injured are Sudama and Amandeep.
Giving information, Jaspreet Singh said that his friend Sudama and his brother had gone out for a drive in the Mercedes car at night. They had to take a U-turn from Sufiyan Chowk but before that, a speeding Brezza car hit them. Reportedly, The Brezza car driver was probably drunk, which is why this accident happened.
The Mercedes car has been badly damaged. The police of the Janakpuri outpost have been informed on the spot. The police have removed the vehicle from the middle of the road late at night and got it parked on the side of the road. On the other hand, Brezza car driver Amandeep’s friend told that Amandeep had come back from the fair with his family. He was going somewhere from his factory after dropping his family. The Mercedes car was also moving at a high speed. This accident happened due to loss of balance of driver over car.
