Outside temperature affects the body
In a research paper published in Harvard Health Journal in July, 2022, Dr. Aaron Bernstein writes that if the temperature of the environment exceeds 90 degrees Fahrenheit i.e. 32 degrees Celsius, then if the body remains with this temperature for several days, it will only cause dehydration, Not only is there a risk of diarrhea etc., but the entire internal mechanism of our body gets affected by it.

According to Dr. Aaron, heart, kidney, lungs, liver and brain in the human body can function only at a certain temperature. If the temperature is much higher or lower than this, the entire body has to work harder to maintain the body temperature. The extra stress placed on internal organs makes them more vulnerable to diseases ranging from sudden organ failure or death.

This heat can be fatal
Due to increase in temperature, heart, kidney, lungs, liver and brain have to work harder, hence it is important that all these organs are completely healthy, only then they will be able to withstand this pressure. If there is already any disease, weakness or special health condition in those organs, then the possibility of their getting damaged in extreme heat will increase.
