Jalandhar: Big reversal immediately after elections: MLA Sheetal Angural withdraws resignation, removes ‘Modi ka Parivar’ from social media

Jalandhar : Sheetal Angural (now in BJP), who was an Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Jalandhar West, Punjab, had resigned from his post. But today he has withdrawn his resignation. According to the information received, Angural had distanced himself from BJP as soon as the elections were over. Let us tell you that Angural has written a letter to the Assembly Speaker.

Angul has said in the letter that if his resignation had been accepted till now, then elections would have to be held again in the West constituency, which would have also increased the election expenses of the government. This is the reason why he is withdrawing his resignation. Let us tell you that the Assembly Speaker had called Angural on June 3.

But even before that Angural himself had withdrawn his resignation. However, there has been no response from MLA Angural in this regard. Angural has removed Modi ka Parivar from his social media account.

He had sent his resignation to Speaker Sandhawa

Let us tell you that before the Lok Sabha elections, MLA Angural had joined BJP and the very next day he had sent his resignation to the Speaker of the Assembly Kultar Singh Sandhawa.

After he joined BJP, Aam Aadmi Party workers in Jalandhar had raised slogans outside his house. He was even called a traitor of the party.

He is the main complainant of Operation Lotus

Sheetal Angural is the main complainant of Operation Lotus, which brought a stir in the politics of Punjab. About one and a half years ago, two MLAs of Aam Aadmi Party, Sheetal Angural, MLA from Jalandhar West constituency and Raman Arora, MLA from Jalandhar Central constituency, had recorded their statements in the Operation Lotus case.

After the case was registered in Mohali police station, the investigation of this case was handed over to the Vigilance Bureau. But even after one and a half years of investigation, no such facts came to light in the Vigilance investigation that could name anyone in this case. On the other hand, after joining BJP, Sheetal Angural said yesterday that he will soon make a big disclosure about what happened in the case of Operation Lotus.
