Jalandhar: Two trucks collided on the Focal Point bridge in the area of ​​Police Station No. 8 in Jalandhar district of Punjab. The incident took place at 1 o’clock last night. According to the information received, Tata truck numbered PB 06 H 2131 was in the middle of the road on the bridge as the truck coming from behind hit it. The truck driver got injured in the accident.

It is being told that Jaswinder Singh was driving the truck coming from Jalandhar. This truck had left for Beas, Kapurthala and Tarn Taran with courier goods from Manji Sahib, which collided with the broken truck standing in the middle of the road on the Focal Point bridge of Jalandhar and the truck got damaged from the front. Due to this driver Jaswinder got serious injuries.

Police will take action on the statement of the truck driver

Meanwhile, driver Jaswinder was admitted to a private hospital near Pathankot Chowk for treatment. Police from Focal Point Police Station Number 8 reached the spot in the morning. Police called for another vehicle and shifted the cargo from the truck to another truck and with the help of a crane, moved the damaged truck to the side and resumed traffic. Police said that action will be taken on the statements of Jaswinder Singh.
