Jalandhar: Khalistan supporter and newly elected MP from Shri Khadoor Sahib seat Amritpal Singh’s brother Harpreet Singh Happy was arrested with 4gm ice drugs by Jalandhar Rural Police. Today his bail hearing was to be held in the court. But due to some reasons court extend the date and fix hearing on July, 25. Harpreet Singh Happy’s lawyer Gurdeep Singh said that the court has given him a further date. The next hearing will now be on 25th July.
The bail plea of Happy and his friend Lovepreet was to be heard on 20th July, but there was no hearing on that day and the court had given time for today i.e. 23rd July. Court had send both Happy and Lovepreet 14 days judicial custody after completion the two days police remand in drug case.
During judicial custody harpreet file bail plea in the sub divisional court through his lawyer. Court had fix the July 23rd to hear the petition but today court given the next date for hearing.

The court will give its decision on this by around 3.30 p.m. today. Let us tell you that after the end of two days’ remand, the court sent Happy and Lovepreet to judicial custody for 14 days. Tuesday, i.e., July 23, was given as the date for the debate on the bail plea of Happy and Lovepreet.
Phillaur Police arrested Happy along with his partner Lovepreet from Phillaur Highway on the evening of July 11. 4 grams of ice drug were recovered from them. Due to not getting the remand of both of them from the lower court, the police have filed a criminal revision petition in the court of Additional Sessions Judge KK Jain.
The hearing, which will be held today, At the same time, the police have already sent to jail the person from whom Happy and Lovepreet bought the drug. These include the names of ice supplier Sandeep Arora and Sandeep’s photographer friend Manish Marwah.
According to the information received, Happy and Lovepreet had come in their Creta car to buy an ice drug worth Rs 10,000 from Sandeep, a resident of Haibowal, Ludhiana. The police had also caught Sandeep.
An attempt is being made by the Aam Aadmi Party to harm the party being formed under the supervision of Amritpal. So that the regional party cannot raise its head in Punjab. This false case was made for 2-4 grams. The SSP of the district is holding a press conference for just four grams of narcotic substances.
The SSP’s press conference shows how many officials are involved in this false case. Earlier, there was no checking of vehicles on the highway, but it was to be done today. In such a situation, Amritpal Singh’s family was targeted earlier as well.
After this, Amritpal started an anti-drug campaign in Punjab. He even opened a de-addiction center in his village, Jallupur Kheda. Amritpal also started an anti-drug wave in Punjab. However, during this time, Amritpal started making provocative and pro-Khalistan statements. Due to this, the police took one of Amritpal’s associates into custody.
To release him, Amritpal and his associates staged a sit-in at the Ajnala police station. Amritpal was accused of attacking the police station. There was a clash with the police. After this, the Punjab Police registered a case against Amritpal and started a siege.
