Amritsar: Senior Congress leader and MP Rahul Gandhi is reaching Amritsar today. Although the official schedule has not been shared with anyone yet, but according to the information, he will come to the Golden Temple this evening.

Voting is to be held on November 20 for four assembly seats in Punjab. Before this, Rahul Gandhi’s visit today to the Golden Temple is being linked to the elections. However, according to his unofficial schedule, he is coming only to pay obeisance at the Golden Temple.

According to sources, Rahul Gandhi will go from Maharashtra to Jharkhand at 4.30 pm today, then from there he will reach Amritsar in his personal flight at 6 pm. After that he will go to a Hotel for brief stay. From there he will pay obeisance at the Golden Temple. After this, he will stay in Amritsar overnight and will return in the morning. Apart from this, it is also being told that Rahul Gandhi will leave for Delhi at night after paying obeisance at the Golden Temple.

There are by-elections in Dera Baba Nanak, Barnala, Gidderbaha, Chabbewal in Punjab on November 20. In the By-polls, Congress candidates are putting in all their efforts, but Rahul Gandhi did not reach Punjab during the election campaign. He remained in support of Priyanka Gandhi in Wayanad the whole time, but now Congress candidates in Punjab can get as Rahul Gandhi is coming a day before the elections in Punjab.
