New Delhi: A 12-member delegation of the Sanyukt Kisan Morcha will meet the Leader of the Opposition and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi in the Parliament complex on Tuesday. Farmer leaders Rakesh Tikait, Darshan Pal, and Balbir Singh Rajewal will be included in this delegation.
The delegation will meet Rahul Gandhi around 5 pm today. Earlier too, a delegation of farmers met Rahul Gandhi who apprised him about the demands of Farmer unions. Farmers expressed their disappointment with the budget not including anything about the legalization of MSP. LoP Rahul Gandhi assured farmers about raising the issue of MSP in the parliament.
