Ludhiana: Massive fire breaks out in Plastic Factory, raw material turned into ashes

Ludhiana: A massive fire broke out in a plastic factory in Fatehgarh Gujran village near Ladowal in Ludhiana. The fire was so fierce that it was visible from several kilometers away. Immediately after the fire broke out, the laborers informed the owner about the incident. The factory owner immediately reached the spot. This fire broke out in Kartar Enterprises.

An attempt was made to extinguish the fire with the help of the villagers, but the fire kept increasing. After which people immediately informed the fire brigade. It was a good thing that there was no one inside the factory, otherwise there could have been a huge loss of life. The fire started from the ground floor.

Raw material worth lakhs turned to ashes

Giving information, factory owner Sukhpreet said that he had closed the factory at around 8 pm and left. After around 9 pm, he got a call from labor Vinod and he said that the factory had caught fire. When he reached the factory, raw materials worth lakhs turned to ashes. He tried to extinguish the fire with the help of people, but the fire increased in no time.

People from nearby buildings were evacuated

The accident was so horrific that nearby buildings were also evacuated. About 10 fire brigade vehicles were deployed to douse the fire. Police from Ladowal police station also reached the spot. Police also helped in the rescue work. Due to the fire, there was chaos in the village till late night.
