Ludhiana Police arrests robber: Thousands of drug money, looted scooty recover

Ludhiana: Ludhiana Police have arrested a member of the robber gang with a pistol and thousands of dollars in drug money. A looted scooty has also been recovered from the accused. The police have sent the accused to jail.

ADCP Ludhiana Shubham Aggarwal said that Ludhiana Police Commissioner Kuldeep Chahal has formed a team to control the crimes happening in the city. Under which the police are raiding and arresting the perpetrators of the crimes. In this connection, the police have arrested the accused, Aniket Talwada, a resident of Ambedkar Nagar, Ludhiana, by conducting a blockade.

ADCP Ludhiana Shubham Aggarwal said that the police have recovered drug money worth $55,000 as well as a 32-bar pistol from Aniket Talwada. The accused used to rob people by threatening them with the recovered pistol during the crime. Apart from this, the police have also recovered a stolen scooter and heroin.

The ADCP said three cases have already been registered against the accused in various police stations in Ludhiana.
