Chandigarh: In Major breakthrough, Fazilka Police in a joint operation with Faridkot Police has busted a multi-crore Nature Heights Infra Scam. Police arrested Neeraj Thathai alias Neeraj Arora who was absconding from the last 8 to 9 years. Neeraj was also a declared proclaimed offender from Pauri, Uttarakhand.
Information was shared by Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav. He further added that the accused Neeraj Arora has been named in nearly 108 FIRs in 21 districts for defrauding people by promising monet or plots.
Along with the arrest, police also recovered one Luxury BMW car, mobile phones and fake documents effected.
Nature Heights Infra Scam
According to a report, Nature Heights infra had duped its investors of Rs over 45 crores. In this case, over 100 FIRs were filed by the investors against Nature Heights and its group companies. Managing director Neeraj Arora collected huge amounts of money from the investors on the pretext of land but neither land nor money was given to them.
