Oath ceremony of Panchs in Punjab today: 16 ministers including CM Mann to take part in district level programs

Sangrur: Today (November 19), 83 thousand newly elected Panchs will be sworn in in Punjab. During this, district level gatherings are being organized in 19 districts. 16 ministers including CM Bhagwant Mann and Assembly Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan will participate in the gathering. All the arrangements for this have already been completed. However, assembly by-elections are being held on four seats in four districts Hoshiarpur, Dera Baba Nanak, Sri Muktsar Sahib and Barnala. In such a situation, the Sarpanches here will be sworn in later.

CM Mann will go to his home district Sangrur during this time. He will administer the oath to the Panchs at Ladda Kothi at 12 noon. Panchs will be sworn in by Assembly Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan in Faridkot and Deputy Speaker Jai Krishna Singh Rori in SBS Nagar. Apart from this, cabinet ministers have also been assigned duty in various districts.

Harpal Singh Cheema in Bathinda and Mansa, Aman Arora in Moga, Dr. Baljit Kaur in Fazilka, Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal in Amritsar, Dr. Balbir Singh in Patiala, Lalchand in Pathankot, Laljit Singh Bhullar in Tarn Taran, Harjot Singh Bains in Rupnagar, Harbhajan Singh in SAS Nagar, Gurmeet Singh Khudiyan in Ferozepur, Dr. Ravjot Singh in Kapurthala, Barinder Kumar Goyal in Malerkotla, Hardeep Singh Mundian in Ludhiana, Taranpreet Singh in Fatehgarh Sahib and Cabinet Minister Mahinder Bhagat in Jalandhar will participate in the district level ceremony.

Earlier, the oath ceremony of Sarpanches was organized in Ludhiana. CM Bhagwant Mann and Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal also participated in it. During this, about 10 thousand Panchs were sworn in.
