Abohar: The old building of Yes Bank located on Circular Road in Abohar has been sealed today by the officials of Samman Capital Limited in the presence of police personnel. It is said that the owners of the said building had a liability of about 1 crore, 82 lakh, 58 thousand, 365 rupees, and 23 paise, which they failed to repay by 7 August 2023.
According to the information, Amit Gandhi, Bindiya Gandhi, Neera Rani, and Ashok Kumar Gandhi, owners of Shagun Company, had taken a loan of crores of rupees from Samman Capital Limited, formerly known as India Bulls Housing Finance Limited, which has so far become about 1 crore, 82 lakh, 58 thousand, 365 rupees, 23 paise, including interest.
He was unable to pay. Today the company officials put up a notice sealing the said building and taking possession of it.
