Jalandhar: A press conference was held in Jalandhar today by a businessman Gurpreet Khalsa and Akali leader against Charanjit Singh Channi.
Akali leaders and businessmen had come to hold a press conference against Charanjit Singh Channi regarding money transactions, but after on-site talks with the Congress team, the entire issue was sorted out on the spot.
In the meeting, he said that before becoming the Chief Minister, some people from Charanjit Singh Channi’s team had come to make gyms in the parks, after which they had given samples of GYMs to be installed in the parks, but after becoming the Chief Minister, neither the team gave any feedback. And neither did he pay. But today when we reached the press conference, people from Charanjit Singh Channi’s team also reached there and said that there was a misunderstanding which has been cleared and all the payments have also been made.
While talking to the media, Akali leader and businessman Gurpreet Khalsa said that “have to take payment of about Rs 40,000 for 2021 but had not received it yet, but when I came for the press conference today, my dear friend and Charanjit Singh Channi’s advocate has said that all the misunderstandings have been cleared and the payment will also be cleared.
