Mohali, May 2: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has fixed the admission schedule for regular students from class 8th to 12th. The last date for admission has been fixed as July 15. This order will be applicable to all aided, affiliated and associate schools.
The board has made it clear that schools will have to give admission within the stipulated time, otherwise, action will be taken against them by the board. According to the information, PSEB has prepared its own academic calendar like CBSE and ICSE.
The entire process from admission to conducting the examinations is done accordingly, so that the students do not face any problems later. Due to this, this decision has been taken. Talking about class 10th and 12th, about seven lakh students appear in these exams every year in the whole of Punjab.
10th and 12th results will be declared next week
PSEB has not yet declared the results of class 10th and 12th. It is believed that the board will declare the results next week or this month. However, it has been learned that preparations are going on in full swing. It is expected that this time the results of both classes can come on the same day. The process of checking papers etc. by the board has been completed.
