Chandigarh: In a major reshuffle in Punjab Police department, Govt of Punjab has issued transfer orders of a total of eight IPS officers. The transfer of IPS officers has been ordered on administrative grounds with immediate effect.
As per orders, Jagadale Nilambari, currently DIG Ludhiana Range, has been as DIG Counter-Intelligence in SAS Nagar. IPS Kuldeep Singh Chahal serving as DIG Technical services, Punjab, has now been given the additional charge of DIG Patiala Range.
Satinder Singh, presently DIG Border Range Amritsar, has been given charge in Ludhiana as DIG Ludhiana Range.
