Temperature increased by 4.2 degrees in Punjab: clear weather for next 6 days

Due to which the temperature will also increase and humidity will also bother people. According to the Meteorological Department, due to lack of rain in the past few days, there has been a temperature rise.

According to the Meteorological Center, there has been a rise of 4.2 degrees in the temperature of the state. After which, the average maximum temperature of the state has reached normal. At the same time, the temperature in Bathinda has been recorded at 36.4 degrees. The maximum temperature of Amritsar has been recorded at 33.7 degrees, Ludhiana at 35 degrees, Patiala at 34.5 degrees, and Pathankot at 34.1 degrees.

23 percent more rain than normal has been recorded during this monsoon season in Punjab. According to the Meteorological Department, the rain in the country from June 1 is associated with the monsoon. According to this, 120.2 mm of rain has been recorded in the state so far, while the normal rainfall during these days is 104.1 mm.

Amritsar has recorded the highest rainfall in the state. 201.6 mm of rain has been recorded here, which is 100 percent more than the normal 101 mm. Ludhiana has recorded 189 mm of rain, Tarn Taran 173.8 mm, and Faridkot 155.9 mm of rain so far. While the monsoon is the weakest in Kapurthala. Only 37.2 mm of rain has been recorded here, which is 63 percent less than the normal.
