According to the information released by the Meteorological Department, slight relief is seen from the increasing heat today. Today the temperature is expected to fall by 2 to 3 degrees. However, this temperature will also remain above normal. But the drop in temperature will provide relief.

According to the temperature data, the temperature in Ludhiana, Patiala, Amritsar, Faridkot, Gurdaspur and other districts remains much above normal. At the same time, a yellow alert has been issued regarding rain in Pathankot, Gudasapur and Hoshiarpur today. According to this, along with rain, strong winds may occur in these districts today.
