After the arrest of music company producer Pinky Dhaliwal in the case of attempted fraud and mental harassment of Punjabi singer Sunanda Sharma, she got relief from the court. Now on Thursday night, Punjabi singer Sunanda Sharma shared a video of hers and in it, she thanked Punjab CM Sardar Bhagwant Singh Mann, his wife Gurpreet Kaur and Punjab Women’s Commission Lali Gill. She also thanked those artists who raised their voices in favor of Sunanda Sharma.
After the action taken against Pinky Dhaliwal, for the first time Punjabi singer Sunanda Sharma released a video on social media. Sunanda Sharma said, “First of all I thank Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, his wife Gurpreet Kaur and Women’s Commission Lali Gill.”
She added, “Thank you because my hearing was done with immediate effect and appropriate action was taken against the accused.” Sunanda Sharma further said that she want to thank the entire Punjab industry because everyone supported her a lot. After nearly two years of hard work, she have found peace.
Sunanda further said “Now I am a free bird (independent artist). Getting emotional, Sunanda Sharma said – I also thank my supporters sitting all over the world that you became my shield and gave me a chance to move forward. I pray from my heart that everything goes well for everyone. Just like I used to entertain people with my songs, movies and poetry earlier, I will continue to do the same again.”
Punjabi singer Sunanda Sharma released a post on social media without naming Pinky Dhaliwal and said that she want to inform all business associates and all her supporters that some individuals and organizations were falsely claiming to have exclusive rights over my business contracts. These claims are completely false.
Sunanda further said, “I want to make it clear that I am an independent artist and I have not given exclusive rights over my professional assignments, performances and collaborations to any person or organization. Legal action will be taken against anyone who attempts to misrepresent their relationship with me or interfere with my business contracts.”
