Robbers Looted Mobile, dragged factory employee one and half kilometres, Caught after accident

Ludhiana: Last night in Ludhiana, Punjab, two robbers on a motorcycle snatched the mobile phone of a worker who was returning home after leaving the factory near Amrit Dharam Kanda on Tajpur Road. The worker bravely caught the robbers’ motorcycle by its tail, but the robbers dragged him for about one and a half kilometers. Despite the worker’s shouts for help along the way, no one came to his aid.

The robbers’ bike suddenly hit a speed bump, causing the young man to lose control. The bike then collided with a car up ahead, throwing the robbers off. Onlookers managed to catch the robbers and handed them over to the police Station Division 7 after giving them treatment. Passer-by also took the injured factory worker to the civil hospital for treatment.

Public Thrashed Drug Addicted Robbers

Injured Ashu said that he lives in Bhola Colony. On Saturday late evening, he was returning home after leaving the factory. On the way, at a short distance from his house, two youths riding a bike came from behind and snatched his mobile phone. He was wearing a Kada on his hand which got stuck in the bike and the bike riders dragged him for a distance of about one and a half kilometers.
Police officials said that both robbers are drug-addicted. The arrested robbers are in an intoxicated state and both have been admitted to the civil hospital.
