SAD leaders resigns in Kaithal over unexplained removal of Jathedars

Kaithal: In Kaithal, the Haryana state office bearers of Shiromani Akali Dal unit have resigned from their posts. All the office bearers have sent copies of the resignations to Chandigarh. In this regard, the office bearers held a meeting at Neem Sahib Gurudwara in Kaithal, in which office bearers from many places of the state participated.

The unit’s state president Sharanjit Sautha and general secretary Sukhbir Mandi said that Jathedar Raghbir Singh and Jathedar Sultan Singh were removed by the Shiromani Akali Dal Committee without any reason. They condemn this action of SGPC. This has caused anger among the state officials and members. This is why they are resigning from their posts.

The situation must be made clear first

Sharanjit Sautha and General Secretary Sukhbir Mandi said that the one-sided thinking of the Badal family in the Shiromani Committee is beyond their understanding. Any officer or member is removed without reason. This is not right. Before removing anyone from the executive, the situation should be clarified. Along with this, other officers should also be informed, but nothing like this was done.

He said that now further decision will be taken in the next meeting. For this, a state level meeting will be held in Haryana.
