Sangrur: CM Mann to inaugurate projects worth Rs 869 crore today

Giving a big gift to the residents of Sangrur district, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will inaugurate development projects worth Rs 869 crore in Sangrur district on March 9. The Chief Minister who will conduct ‘Vikas Kranti Rally’ in Sangrur district will lay the foundation stone of these projects for the convenience of the people and will dedicate/inaugurate the projects to the people.

He will inaugurate these projects on Saturday to promote the development of the district. The efforts of Bhagwant  Mann are aimed at promoting the all-round development of the district, thereby ensuring the well-being of the people.

The Chief Minister will address the gathering during the rally in village Cheema and will inform people about various development projects. The main projects to be inaugurated by Bhagwant Mann include 80-bed mother-child hospital at Dhuri, 30-bed community health center at Kauhariya and 30-bed rural hospital at Cheema. This project will act as a catalyst to provide standard health facilities to the people of Sangrur district.

It is noteworthy that while reiterating the firm commitment of the state government to ensure the welfare of every section of the society, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that no stone will be left unturned to complete this noble task.

 He said that every single penny from the government treasury is being spent wisely for the progress of the state and welfare of the people. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the state is witnessing a new era of unmatched development and progress in every field and in the last two years the sun of a new era has risen in the state.
