Sardulgarh: A person was beaten to death with sticks on Tuesday night in Khera Khurd village of Sardulgarh. Police have arrested 2 people in the case. SP Bhagirath Singh Meena said that Radheshyam was murdered in Khera Khurd on the night of 1 October.
Family member Abhayram had expressed suspicion to the police about the involvement of unknown people behind this. A case was registered against them by the police. Police has named five more people in this case, out of which Mati Das, Popli and Bharat Singh have been arrested by the police.
He said that 4-5 months ago there was a wedding ceremony at the house of former Sarpanch Bhajan Lal of the village, in which Mati Das and Popli came to the wedding ceremony with their father and there they molested a girl. Due to this Radheshyam and former Sarpanch Bhajan Lal beat up Mati Das and his father.
Due to this old enmity, Mati Das conspired and killed Radheshyam. He said that a police team has been formed to arrest the accused and the case is being investigated in detail.
