Second plane with 119 deportees from US to land in Amritsar today

The second batch of illegal immigrants from America is arriving at Amritsar Airport in Punjab today (15 February) at 10 pm on Saturday. In this, 119 Indians will be forcibly sent back. This includes 67 people from Punjab and 33 from Haryana. During this, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann will also go to the airport and meet the Punjabis being deported. After this, on 16 February i.e. Sunday, a plane carrying 157 Indians will also arrive in Amritsar at 10 pm.

Earlier on 5 February, 104 Indians were brought to Amritsar in the US Air Force aircraft Globemaster. These people were brought with handcuffs on their hands and shackles on their feet. No information has been revealed so far about how the Indians will be deported this time, whether they will be sent again wearing handcuffs and shackles.

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, who reached Amritsar on Friday evening, said, ‘It is wrong to land a plane carrying illegal immigrants in Punjab. This is a conspiracy to defame Punjab. People who went to America illegally are being deported. Earlier also, people from different states were among those who were deported. Then why are the planes being landed in Amritsar.

The last US military plane to deport Indian immigrants took off from San Antonio, USA at 3 am on February 4. This was the first time that the US used a military plane to send immigrants. Earlier, different reports were claiming that the US has identified a total of 205 illegal Indians for deportation.
