Sanyukta Kisan Morcha planned to protest

The Sanyukta Kisan Morcha has planned to oppose Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is visiting Patiala for the election campaign. In the meeting held today by the farmers’ organizations of the district, it was decided that under the leadership of the Sanyukta Kisan Morcha based on 37 farmers’ organizations, caravans of farmers and laborers will gather at three o’clock in the afternoon from five places in Patiala district and march towards the city.

The farmers’ leaders have said that the caravans of farmers workers will show black flags as a sign of protest in a disciplined and peaceful manner. They will fight the strictness and oppression of the police and the administration with patience and determination.

Central government will solve the farmers’ problems: Jakhar

About the announcement of protest by the farmers, the state president of Bharatiya Janata Party Sunil Jakhar said that MSP is getting to the farmers of Punjab, it has also doubled and we will sit and talk to the central government about the farmers.

President Jakhar said that he understands the pain of farmers, every issue will be solved in a democratic manner. The central government has to solve the farmers’ issues, the Punjab government cannot solve anything, so farmers should support the BJP instead of protesting.
