A speeding car went out of control on Ferozepur Road in Ludhiana late at night. The gear of the car got stuck, due to which it first collided with an i-20 car, then crossed the divider and collided with two cars, Thar and a Fortuner. A total of 4 cars were damaged in the accident. All the cars are luxury cars. This accident happened outside Grand Walk Mall.
The car drivers kept blaming each other on the spot. The drivers of the other cars also assaulted the Volkswagen car driver, due to which he fled from the spot in an injured condition. It was learned that he had been admitted to a private hospital. Upon receiving information about the incident, police from Sarabha Nagar police station and Division Number 5 police station reached the spot.
Jaideep, the father of the Volkswagen car driver, told that his son was going for some work. Suddenly the gear of the car got stuck and he applied brakes, due to which the car had to be stopped suddenly. The speed of the car was around 80. Due to this many vehicles collided with each other.
After which other car drivers got down from the cars and started beating his son. His son is badly injured. Father Jaideep says that this accident happened due to sudden braking, while his son also has a car license.
Fortuner car owner Sanjeev said that he had come to the mall from Moga for shopping. When he came out, he saw that the car was badly damaged. At present, the police is investigating the matter.
After the CCTV footage comes out, the police will investigate the car of the driver of the Volkswagen and take appropriate action.
