Chandigarh : An alert has been issued regarding the weather in Punjab on Sunday. According to the Meteorological Department, strong winds are likely to blow at a speed of 40 to 50 km in Punjab. Along with this, hailstorm and rain alert has also been issued.
According to the experts of the Meteorological Department, the day temperature may drop by 3 to 4 degrees due to rain, but after that the maximum temperature will rise again from Monday. In the last days of March, the weather has taken a turn in Punjab and Haryana.
In many districts of both the states, there was hail along with the rain. Unseasonal rains and hailstorms have increased the worries of farmers.
If we talk about Punjab, there has also been a change in weather due to Western Disturbance. Due to which the Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert.
