New Delhi: Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) Shri Raghav Chadha today called on Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan, following his election as the 15th Vice President of India and ex officio Chairman of the Rajya Sabha.
Shri Chadha extended his warm congratulations to Shri Radhakrishnan on assuming the high office and also conveyed his best wishes to him on the auspicious occasion of Navratri.
During their meeting, Shri Chadha discussed the smooth and productive functioning of the Rajya Sabha, important national matters, and briefly highlighted key issues concerning the state of Punjab.
Shri Chadha expressed confidence that under Shri Radhakrishnan’s leadership as Chairman of the Rajya Sabha, the Upper House will continue to uphold the highest standards of democratic deliberation and inclusivity.
