Why ‘Stranger Things’ became a global hit
Set in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana, in the 1980s, this series is a unique blend of supernatural thrills and nostalgia. The story begins with the mysterious disappearance of a child, which leads the friends into secret government experiments and a terrifying world called the “Upside Down.”
The heart of the series is Eleven, who possesses telekinetic powers and whose past is linked to a secret laboratory. Superb acting, cinematic visuals, 80s music, and pop culture references have earned it worldwide recognition.
‘Stranger Things’ Season 5 Volume 2 is scheduled to be released on December 26, 2025.
