Required Ingredients

For the Bhaji (Vegetable Mash): – 2 tablespoons oil – 2 tablespoons butter – 1 teaspoon cumin seeds – 2 medium onions, finely chopped – 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste – 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped – 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped – 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed – 1 cup cauliflower, boiled and mashed – 1 cup green peas, boiled – 1 teaspoon turmeric powder – 2 tablespoons Pav Bhaji masala – 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste) – Salt to taste – 1 tablespoon lemon juice – Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

For Serving: – Chopped onions – Lemon wedges – Fresh coriander leaves, chopped – Additional butter (optional)
