As the argument escalated, the wife left the house. During this time, the man threatened to hang himself if she did not return. The wife thought it was a joke, but when she returned in the morning, she found her husband hanging.

Mayapuri resident Sajda said that she had eloped with Smile and had a love marriage a year and a half ago. At that time, the man had claimed to be a bachelor, after which they started living in separate houses.
Husband Turns Out to Be Already Married
According to Sajda, about six months into their marriage, she discovered that her husband was already married and had children. They often quarreled over this issue. Furthermore, the man’s lack of a permanent job was also a source of contention.
Had Threatened Him Before
The wife stated that the man had threatened suicide several times before. They had also argued around 6 p.m. on Tuesday evening, and the man was drunk at the time.
According to the wife, she thought he was just trying to scare her, so she didn’t return home. However, when she returned in the morning, she found her husband hanging from a noose.
The police have taken the body into custody and placed it in the Civil Hospital mortuary and have begun investigating the case.
