Documents related to Jeffrey Epstein have once again caused a stir in the United States. The US Department of Justice recently released over 3 million pages of documents related to the Epstein case, including 2,000 videos and 180,000 photographs. The names of New York City Mayor Jumaane Williams’ mother and film director Mira Nair have also surfaced in these new documents.
Party held at Ghislaine Maxwell’s house
The documents claim that Mira Nair attended an after-party for her film Amelia in 2009. Shockingly, this party was held at the home of Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted of sex trafficking.
Email reveals details of the party
This information came to light through an email dated October 21, 2009. The email was sent by publicist Peggy Siegal to Jeffrey Epstein. The email was sent in the morning, shortly after the party. It mentioned the guests who attended the party, including former US President Bill Clinton and Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos.
The email read, “Just left Ghislaine’s house after the film party. Bill Clinton and Jeff Bezos were there. Director Mira Nair, etc.” The email claimed that the guests’ reaction to Mira Nair’s film was not particularly positive.
Elon Musk’s name is also on the list
Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s name is also included in the Epstein files. The documents claim to contain several emails exchanged between Epstein and Musk. In November 2012, Epstein sent an email to Musk asking, “How many people will be coming to the island by helicopter?”
Musk replied on November 25, 2012, “Probably just me and Talulah. What day or night would be the best for a party on your island?” This revelation has sparked several new debates. The U.S. Department of Justice has released more than 3 million pages of documents, including 2,000 videos and 180,000 photographs.
