DSP Satvir Singh said that gas leaked in the IOL unit located in Fatehgarh Chhanna at around 5:30 am today. One person has died in this accident, while the condition of four is serious.
He said that Anmol Champa, a resident of Haryana, died during treatment. Vikas Sharma, a resident of Hisar, has been kept on a ventilator. Apart from this, Yugam Khanna and Lovepreet Singh have been referred to CMC Ludhiana.
He said that after this incident, the police of the Dhanaula police station have also reached the spot and are investigating the incident. On this occasion, the factory director and factory officials also arrived.
