Jodhpur, May 10: In view of the increasing tension between India and Pakistan, a red alert has been issued in Jodhpur. Tight security arrangements have been made in the city. The police administration is getting the shops closed in all the markets of the city. Trade organizations have also appealed to their members to keep the shops closed.
District Collector Gaurav Agarwal has issued a special advisory for the citizens. He has appealed to all the citizens to stay at home and avoid rumours. The collector has said that all citizens should be alert and vigilant. In the advisory issued by the administration, citizens have been appealed to follow the government guidelines. This step has been taken keeping in view the national security.
