There is a possibility of light rain in 6 districts of Punjab today, i.e. on 13 May. There is no alert of lightning and thunderstorm in most of the districts from today till 17 May. Let us tell you that earlier yesterday, i.e. on Monday, the Meteorological Department had predicted thunderstorms, strong winds (40–50 km/h) and lightning in many districts.
However, there was light rain and lightning at many places. According to the Meteorological Department, except North Punjab (Pathankot, Gurdaspur, Amritsar, Nawanshahr etc.), there was light rain in the remaining districts. After 24 hours, the weather will start becoming normal again, and the temperature will increase again.
In Punjab, for the districts for which there is an alert today, there is a possibility of strong winds in the state as soon as evening falls. At the same time, it may also rain in many areas at night. Due to which people will get relief from the heat.
