Haryana CM Inaugurates Rs. 104 crore Water Projects in Sonipat

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Sunday participated in the state-level function of Shri Guru Gorakhnath Prakat Diwas organised at the New Anaaj Mandi on Rohtak Road in Sonipat.

The Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of four major drinking water projects of the Public Health Department.

The projects announced by Chief Minister Nayab Saini include:

Kharkhauda: Drinking water project worth ₹26.46 crore

Gohana: Drinking water scheme worth ₹15.86 crore

Ganaur: Drinking water-related works worth ₹42.50 crore

Mundlana and Shamdi villages: Inauguration of completed works worth ₹19.22 crore for drinking water supply from JLN canal

To welcome the Chief Minister, the society presented him with a trident, turban and a statue of Guru Gorakhnath Ji. BJP State President Mohanlal Badoli, Mayor Rajiv Jain, MLA Nikhil Madan, Pawan Kharkhoda and other public representatives were present in the program.

The district administration had made full arrangements for security, drinking water, parking and cooling. The villagers were brought to the event venue through 100 buses. In his address, the Chief Minister called for adopting the ideals of Guru Gorakhnath and talked about promoting the values ​​of equality, service and dedication in the society.
