Ludhiana, June 1: An important meeting of the Punjab Cabinet will be held on Monday at 12 noon at the official residence of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann in Chandigarh. No agenda of the cabinet meeting has been released yet. This meeting is being considered very important before the by-election of Ludhiana West Assembly constituency.
The first meeting was held on 23rd
Earlier, the cabinet meeting was held on 23 May. During this visit, an important amendment was approved in the Punjab Management and Transfer of Municipal Properties Rules 2021. Under which it was decided to reduce the time limit for depositing the sale price by the allottees to six months. The decision was aimed at accelerating revenue collection by urban local bodies, strengthening the financial position of municipal units and providing convenience to the common people by reducing legal disputes related to late payments.
