Mullanpur stadium to host ODI and T20 matches for first time

After the successful organization of IPL matches, Mullanpur Stadium of Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) has been selected the hosting of two ODIs and one T20 match from BCCI for the first time.

There is good news for cricket fans of Tricity (Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali). There will be a rain of fours and sixes again at the Mullanpur Cricket Stadium of Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) located in New Chandigarh. After the successful organization of IPL matches, Mullanpur Stadium of Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) has been selected the hosting of two ODIs and one T20 match from BCCI for the first time.

The first ODI match between Australia and Indian women’s team will be played on 14 September at 1.30 pm. At the same time, the second ODI match will be played on 17 September at 1.30 pm. Apart from this, the T20 series match of Indian men’s senior team with South Africa will be played on 11 December from 7 pm.

The IDFC First Bank ODI series between Team India (Senior Women) and Australia Women has been shifted from Chennai due to renovation of outfield and pitches at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. The first two ODIs will be held at the new PCA Mullanpur Stadium in New Chandigarh, while the third and final ODI will be held at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi.

South Africa and India will play a series of Test, ODI and T20 matches

The Indian men’s team will play a series of Test matches, ODIs and T20 matches against South Africa at home. One T20 match will be played at the Mullanpur Stadium.
