Young man dies in collision with roadways bus in Ambala: Driver-conductor absconded

A young man riding a bike died on the spot after being hit by a roadways bus on Hisar Road in Ambala district of Haryana this morning.

Ambala, June 20: A young man riding a bike died on the spot after being hit by a roadways bus on Hisar Road in Ambala district of Haryana this morning. Passersby picked the young man up from the road and took him to the side with the help of police and ambulance personnel. During this time, the road was jammed for an hour. The jam was cleared after the police arrived.

The bus was at High speed: Eyewitnesses 

According to eyewitnesses, a Haryana Roadways bus was coming at a high speed and the same bus hit a bike. The incident was so horrific that the bike rider’s head was shattered. After getting information about the incident, the police reached the spot and took the body into custody and kept it in the mortuary of the Civil Hospital of Ambala city.

In the accident, Nirmal Singh, a resident of Narayangarh Jhungia, died on the spot. Giving information about the incident, the brother of the deceased Nirmal Singh said that like every day, Nirmal Singh had left home for his shop, but near Durga Nagar, a speeding Haryana Roadways bus hit him and he died on the spot.

The driver and conductor abandoned

At the same time, the Haryana Roadways bus was taken into custody and it is being said that the driver and conductor fled from the spot after the incident. The brother of the deceased pleaded for justice and said that appropriate action should be taken against the careless bus driver and they should be given justice.
