Sukhbir singh calls SAD core committee meeting in Chandigarh; Future party strategy on agenda

Chandigarh, June 30: An important meeting of the core committee of Shiromani Akali Dal in Punjab has been called in Chandigarh today. It will be chaired by party chief Sukhbir Singh Badal. This meeting is taking place after senior leader Bikram Singh Majithia was arrested by the vigilance.

The meeting is considered very important. It will be decided in this meeting how the party will go among the people in future. Also, the current political situation of the state will be discussed. The Ludhiana by-election results will also be discussed.

Regarding the meeting, senior Shiromani Akali Dal leader Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema has posted – Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal has called an important meeting of the party’s newly appointed core committee at the party headquarters in Chandigarh on Monday, June 30 at 2 pm. The leaders who have been appointed include Bibi Harsimrat Kaur Badal, Manjit Singh GK, Sharanjit Singh Dhillon, Bikram Singh Majithia, Sucha Singh Langah, Gurbachan Singh Babbehali, Lakhbir Singh Lodhinangal, Mr N K Sharma, Mantar Singh Brar, Baldev Singh Khahra, Mr S R Kaler, Joginder Singh Jindu, Tirth Singh Mahala, Ranjit Singh Dhillon, Vardev Singh Mann, Gurpreet Singh Raju khanna, Kamal Chetli, Harpreet Singh Kotbhai, Sukhdeep Singh Shukar and Darbara Singh.
