Gold and silver prices fall today: Gold fell by Rs. 284 to Rs. 96,737 per 10 grams

There is a fall in the price of gold and silver today, i.e. on 7th July.

New Delhi, July 7: There is a fall in the price of gold and silver today, i.e. on 7th July. According to the India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), the price of 24 carat gold has come down by Rs. 284 to Rs. 96,737 per 10 grams. Earlier, its price was Rs. 97,021.

The price of silver has come down by Rs. 556 to Rs. 1,07,024 per kg. Earlier, it was at Rs. 1,07,580. On June 18, silver had made an all-time high of ₹1,09,550 and gold Rs. 99,454.

Price of 10 grams of gold in 4 metros, including Bhopal

  • Delhi: Price of 24 carat gold is Rs. 98,440 and price of 22 carat gold is Rs. 90,250
  • Mumbai: Price of 24 carat gold is Rs. 98,290 and price of 22 carat gold is Rs. 90,100

Rs. 20,575 so far this year has become expensive 

From January 1 this year till now, the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold has increased from Rs 76,162 to Rs 96,737 by Rs 20,575. At the same time, the price of silver has also increased from Rs 86,017 per kg to Rs 1,07,024 by Rs 21,507. Whereas last year i.e. in 2024, gold had become costlier by Rs 12,810.
