Dharamnagari’s promising wrestler Luv Gulia brought laurels to India by winning a bronze medal in the Asian Under-15 Wrestling Championship in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. 15-year-old Luv made the country proud with his brilliant performance.
Luv Gulia reached Delhi airport at 11:30 pm on Tuesday night where he was given a grand welcome by his family, villagers, and fans. There is a wave of happiness in the village due to this achievement of Luv, a native of Purkhas village of Sonipat and currently living in Sector-5.
Luv said in his welcome ceremony that it is my dream to win a gold medal for India in the Olympics. For this I am working hard and practicing continuously. Everyone is appreciating the dedication and passion of the young wrestler.
Family members and coaches who attended the felicitation ceremony. Many dignitaries, including his father DSP Ramesh Gulia, coach Subhash, grandfather Balwan, brother Khush Gulia, Prince, Arshveer, Ali Pehlwan, Anuj, Naitik, and international Kabaddi player Bulbul, were present in the ceremony organized to honor Luv.
