Dehradun, July 14: “Operation Kaalnemi” started by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has now gone beyond the borders of the state and has become a topic of nationwide discussion.
This campaign, being run against fake babas and imposters who play with the faith of common people by wearing religious garb got tremendous support on social media on Monday.
#OperationKaalnemi kept trending on X and thousands of users called this campaign a strong step to protect Sanatan Dharma.
5 days ago, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami had started this special campaign. The objective of which was to identify and arrest such people active in Uttarakhand who are involved in fraud or immoral activities at religious places by disguising themselves as saints and sages. Under this campaign, so far more than 200 imposters have been sent to jail in entire Uttarakhand.
People praised CM Dhami’s fearlessness and quick action on social media. Many users even called him “Sentinel of Sanatan Dharma”, “Protector of religion and faith”. At the same time, people of many states have also demanded similar action in their states, which makes it clear that this operation has left a deep impression on the people of the country.
As soon as this trend started on Monday, #OperationKaalnemi remained in the top trending for hours. This shows that now the public wants protection of real religion and rituals, not just show-off in the name of faith, and Chief Minister Dhami has emerged as an ideal leader in this direction.
Even before this, CM Dhami has taken strict action against those who convert along with action on spitting, love, land jihad to protect religion and Sanatan. Due to which his image of a protector of religion has emerged in the whole country.
