On July 3, Jai Chand’s niece died in Shimla. After this he came to Shimla. On the night of July 15, the miscreants broke the glass from the side of the roof and entered the house and committed the theft.
On July 16, at 6 am, Ramesh Chand of his village called Jai Chand and told him that smoke was coming out from the second floor of his house. After this, Jai Chand asked Ramesh to go inside the house and see. When Ramesh reached near the house, the main gate of the house was closed.
