New Delhi, July 18: There is an increase in the price of gold and silver today i.e. on 18th July. According to the India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), the price of 24 carat gold has increased by Rs 375 to Rs 97,828 per 10 grams. Earlier its price was Rs 97,453.
The price of silver has increased by Rs 1,300 to Rs 1,12,300 per kg. Earlier, silver was at Rs 1,11,000. On July 14, silver had made an all-time high of Rs 1,13,867. Earlier, gold had made an all-time high of Rs 99,454 on June 8.

Gold has become costlier by Rs 21,666 so far this year
This year, i.e. from January 1 till now, the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold has increased by Rs 21,666 from Rs 76,162 to Rs 97,828. At the same time, the price of silver has also increased by Rs 26,283 from Rs 86,017 per kg to Rs 1,12,300. Last year, i.e. in 2024, gold became costlier by Rs 12,810.
